A National Symposium on the 40th Anniversary of the JFK Assassination Linda B. Kenney Esq. Linda B. Kenney, Esq. is a private attorney based in the New York City area who concentrates her practice on litigation related to complex employment, civil rights and criminal matters. A magna cum laude graduate of Rutgers School of Law and Rutgers University, she also has served as assistant prosecutor for the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office, where she was a trial team leader and the lead attorney assigned to the Sex Crimes Investigative Unit. During her tenure with that office, Ms. Kenney prepared and tried numerous criminal cases including some involving murder and the death penalty. A much sought-after legal analyst, Ms. Kenney has appeared on numerous TV shows, including “Cochran & Company,” “CNN & Company,” “Rivera Live,” and on various other shows on Court TV, MSNBC, CNBC and elsewhere. She is a columnist (“Workplace Advisor”) for the Asbury Park Press, Inc. and has lectured in the People’s Republic of China to the Public Security University (Beijing) in conjunction with the Connecticut State Police and the Dr. Henry Lee Institute of Hartford University. Active in professional and service organizations, Ms. Kenney has served on the Brookdale Community College Board of Trustees and the Brookdale Community College Foundation; the District Fee Arbitration Committee; the Monmouth Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the New Jersey Bar Association.
