Daniel S. Alcorn, Esq.

Daniel S. Alcorn, Esq. is a Washington, D.C. attorney and student of the JFK assassination. Formerly a law partner of the late Bud Fensterwald, Alcorn is an expert in the federal Freedom of Information Act, the JFK Assassination Records Act and issues of government disclosure. During the life of the Assassination Records Review Board, Mr. Alcorn served as a point of contact between the board and the research community. Mr. Alcorn has handled precedent-setting Freedom of Information Act cases, including a successful 1997 suit by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers to cause release of an Inspector General's report concerning serious problems in the FBI Crime Lab.
